[ILQSO] N1MM Cabrillo File Issue

Another editor that is great is Notetab Light. A great free editor.
N1MM+ worked fine for me for a fixed station when logging multiple counties. When originally setting up the contest, the fixed station needs to put their county (GRUN for me) in the exchange.
