[ILQSO] N1MM Cabrillo File Issue

A problem that we have seen in past years has resurfaced again this year.
The problem exists with Cabrillo files submitted by some stations located in
Illinois. The problem is specific to Cabrillo files generated with the N1MM
logger. The problem files are coming in with 'IL' shown as the 'QTH sent'
for each QSO in the file instead of the actual Illinois county or counties
from which the operation took place.

If you operated from Illinois in the 2014 ILQP and used the N1MM Logger and
HAVE NOT yet submitted your log file to Jim, N9JF, please check the Cabrillo
file for this problem before sending your log to him.  If you find that this
problem exists in your file, please correct before submitting it.

For those Illinois stations who used N1MM and have already submitted your
2014 ILQP log; I will contact you by email if I find the problem in the
Cabrillo file you sent.  Please DO NOT resubmit your log unless specifically
ask you to do so.  We are inspecting each log for this issue (among several)
as the logs are transferred into our master log file.  Since this process
takes time it may be another week or so before your log is inspected, so
please stand by.
