[ILQSO] KJ9C/m should be QRV at 1700

All of the mobiles were loud from time to time in Oklahoma.  Great job of 
having 4 mobiles (from what I worked) to cover as many counties as they did. 
I have run CW mobile myself, and my XYL will no longer let me log on paper 
while driving, at least while she is in the vehicle.  Can't imagine how some 
of these guys make the number of QSOs they do and put on as many counties as 
they do in 8 hours.  You guys make the contest!
