[ILQSO] Thanks

I want to take a minute an thanks all those that have helped in preparation
in any way, you input makes our QSO party come off much easier. I
specifically want to thank all those portable stations II am not sure how
many) that are travelling to points all over the state (and not all of them
are from Illinois), those multi-county QSO's are what make ILQP unique. I
really want everyone to consider the guys that are willing to spend the time
and risk their safety to navigate the roads of Illinois, we rely heavily on
our mobiles and rovers to cover a large percentage of our counties. I have
tried operating mobile, it is a LOT of work and not cheap!
