[ILQSO] Logs with incorrect location in the QSO exchange...

It appears that my logs had the snafu with the exchange.  I have used N1MM before in past contests and this is the first time the exchange wasn't correct, so not sure what happened.  I have re-sent the logs with IROQ (which it should be) as the exchange.  

BTW, W9GRS racked up 110 QSO's during the School Club Round-Up.  Should put the school in the mix for a top 5 finish in the middle school division.  Look for us during the SSB Sweeps as were planning on being on air!

Just read the Cabrillo file.  If it has a COUNty in the SENT part of the
file, that's correct.  If it has IL in the SENT part of the log,
manually change it with most any text editor.

It's very painless.

And, you WON'T get dinged for massaging your log AFTER THE FACT if you
make it conform to the rules in such a manner.
