[ILQSO] My plan for the ILQP

At last night's Sangamon Valley Radio Club meeting I discussed (and began the arm twisting for) the IL QSO Party. Although not my preference it looks like I will be mobile this year due to a prior commitment. It looks like I should be able to operate from Madison, Macoupin, Montgomery, and Sangamon counties. If Bond county is under-represented I might detour through Bond. I'll make that decision when I see who else will be there.
