[ILQSO] County activations

John, we probably won't know for sure for several days, maybe even a couple
of weeks, but I do not have high hopes that they were all activated. I will
be surprised if we had 95 activated this year.

Maybe some of the higher scoring stations will want to share their county
totals on here.

Missed a few counties this year that I could always count on in the
past-Carroll, Jo Davies, Rock Island, (I know it was activated), Bureau to
name a few.  As far as anyone knows, was every county activated this year?
