[ILQSO] County activations

I didn't get on much as I'd like for Iroquois due to just returning from a science conference in Louisville, but I believe K9CS and N9LAH had my back o[;)>

BTW, the W9GRS school station topped 100 Q's for the School Club Round-Up, with limited operations.  We managed a few local Q's to add IL to our multipliers and I went to our neighbors at K9SOU and helped operations on Thursday on my way to the science conference.

We're hoping to get on air for the SSB Sweeps as a school station.

Missed a few counties this year that I could always count on in the
past-Carroll, Jo Davies, Rock Island, (I know it was activated),
Bureau to name a few.  As far as anyone knows, was every county
activated this year?
