[ILQSO] ILQP activity map updated

The ILQP activity map has been updated and can be seen at:

Activity has been slow on the list the past couple of weeks, there are still
a lot of counties unclaimed. I suspect the mobile operators are waiting of
the fixed and portable folks to get done posting their plans so they can
plan their routes, so keep those operating plans coming in!
