Ask me why I decided on the special event call? :)

Silly Sideband/Phone is more of a challenge, but when you're in a county
where one is the only fixed station, it makes it much easier. BROWn
county Ohio hasn't had a resident station in as long as I can remember.
When folks "spotted me" it was even more interesting. I'd encourage you
to urge folks to "spot" other, especially in the rare counties. It IS
possible to turn off the incoming spots so you can spot folks on the
DXclusters. I don't see a prohibition on using incoming DX Cluster info
during ILQP - so maybe this doesn't apply to the ILQP?

> Hank, you do certainly do well with low power. Can you convey some idea of what percentage of your contacts are typically on CW as opposed to phone modes? I guess my recommendation to Frank was based upon the assumption (ooops) that he would be running primary phone? Certainly CW with 5 watts can be very effective.
