[ILQSO] counties still open

Although the latest map does not reflect it (but it will later) the counties
that I have not heard of any planned activity yet are :

Du Page, Kendall, Grundy, Monroe, Christian, Richland, Lawrence, Edwards and
Wabash. 

There is a rover contemplating going to Monroe and maybe Edwards. I am
hoping a fixed station or two will be on in Christian and surely someone
will be on from Du Page, Kendall and Grundy, so we are getting very close to
a chance of activating them all again. If you know of anyone in any of these
unclaimed counties, please ask them to get on Sunday afternoon and hand out
a few QSO'S.
