[ILQSO] K9WM--Lee, Ogle and Whiteside

There is a good possibility that K9WM will turn into two separate stations
for the ILQP. In resurveying the site it looks as though we can set up two
stations that will be able operate without interference to each other while
staying within guidelines of the rules. If in fact that is the case Tony,
N9YPN with operate Phone and I will operate CW. If after setting up the
stations and testing there is inter-station interference we will revert back
to a mixed mode operation using K9WM as the call.
