[ILQSO] KJ9C a no-show this year

As a very happily married family man, I fully understand, respect, and appreciate that Mel will need to be elsewhere this year... but his mobile efforts have churned out so very many QSO's in the past, I know he will be missed.  Of course, this means that other mobiles may be in even greater demand.
