[ILQSO] log stuff

Just a reminder for log submission for ILQP: If you log on computer, send the output files to n9jf at arrl.net<mailto:n9jf at arrl.net>. Cabrillo is fine if your logging program produces that format. Excel files are fine as long as columns are created for band, mode, time, your call, your location, station worked and location claimed.

If you send an electronic log, the summary sheet (downloadable from the website) http://www.w9awe.org/ILQP%202009%20Summary.pdf is optional but recommended. We compare your claimed score and summary info to the final scoring and sometimes catch a mistake we've (OK, I've....) made. Don't worry if your logging program doesn't score the contest correctly; a lot of them don't. We're "different".... A dupe sheet is not required with electronic logs.

Even if you make only a handful of contacts, please send a log!

You may also send your electronic log on a 3 ½ inch floppy or a CD to the club box: WIARC Box 3132 Quincy IL 62305-3132.

If for some strange reason you log on paper and are unable to transcribe to Excel (which someone else will then need to do), you MUST send a summary sheet or the log will be used as a check log only.

Let the games begin...in about 84 hours....

73, Jim N9JF
