[ILQSO] K9IUA/rover/QRP plans - possible changes or non-operation

I just got word that my daughter might come home from university the weekend of ILQP, in which case it would be my task to return her again to Iowa City on that Sunday afternoon.  If so, that means I won't be operating my five-county rover event as originally planned, although I might get an hour or so to drive over to Jo Daviess County to at least operate from there later in the event.  

If anyone wants to double up and operate from JODA, STEP, CARR, OGLE, and WINN counties just to be sure they are covered, that would be appreciated.  

(I'd rather not have any one need to rely on contacting me, even from JODA only.  As it is, I'm only set up for 40, 20, 15, and 10 meters in my car, which means I won't be very effective late in the contest even if I might get over to Illinois for a few minutes.  For me its operate early in the contest or almost not at all.)
