[ILQSO] K9FO will operate from Will County

Will K9FO will be operating fixed from his QTH in SE Will County.  He
favors CW but will probably operate both modes.
 
John N9YLE will probably operate fixed in Will County also.probably
phone only.
 
Both are with KARS in Kankakee.
