[ILQSO] 2008 ILQP results & '09 plans

Chuck,

 

I don't know about the other 202 2m Q's, but I can tell you about one of
them.  I worked KJ9C/m on 146.55 MHZ as he passed through Clark County on
his way home.  I was not feeling well & had disassembled the HF station so I
could go to bed.  But I monitored 146.55 on the HT so I could give him the
contact as he passed through.
