[ILQSO] LOTW

NO!  You don't need a separate certificate, just a separate LOCATION.   You open TQSL, click on File,  click on "Sign existing ADIF of Cabrillo File" and click "New".    Enter the info on the first page, then click "Next" and that's where you enter the state and county information.

Of course you still have sign and upload each county log separately which IS a real PITA, but you definitely do NOT get a new certificate for each county.

I do a very limited amount of mobile operation and do try to upload the correct county information for each one that I do, but in my limited mobile operation it's nowhere near the problem it would be for Mel or others that have a ton of Q's in different counties.
