Hank, you raise interesting scenarios (or whatever the plural of
"scenario" is...it's been a long day and I'm too lazy to check a
dictionary....)
Field Day contacts with other club members are allowed as long as the
member did NOT operate under the club call being contacted.
The others are all "no harm, no foul" as long as you are not using
non-amateur means to set up the contact during the contest.
You are not "making a schedule" at a specific time and on a specific
frequency prior to the contest.
That's my take on it, anyhow.
As for other QSO parties, their committees may rule as they see fit.
ILQP rules regarding mobiles and rovers specifically state: (under
"Scoring"):
"Each mobile or rover vehicle is considered one station and must use
only one call."
