[ILQSO] WX9JC/p plans

Well after talking to the other guys who are going to operate with me
this year, we are contemplating changing our category to Rover.  Also,
we noticed the eastern counties such as Livingston, Ford, Iroquois,
and Kankakee are still unclaimed.  We are debating heading that way
instead.  Any objections or concerns?
