[ILQSO] WX9JC/p plans

For SSB availability, it looks like Marshall (N9GZ/KN9T) and Stark
(N9CDX) and McLean (K9ZO and W9SE) are well-covered.  So far, Tazewell,
Logan, Peoria are Cw-only, though I expect someone to be on from Peoria
on SSB.

If I had to "vote", I'd go with Tazewell/McLean/Logan....but YMMV.

I will once again be operating portable this year with a couple of
other guys most likely.  We aren't 100% sure where yet, but probably
one of these choices:  Tazwell/Woodford/McLean, Peoria/Stark/Marshall
(like last year), or maybe even Tazwell/McLean/Logan.  I need to check
on the first option in person to see if it's doable.  If one of these
is needed more than another let me know.  We will be SSB only.  Will
post again when we are 100% sure.
