[ILQSO] N1MM logger

I wrote an ILQP logging program a few years back when we still had 
the mult for working the same county 10 times. It worked well, and 
scored perfectly. Used it one year, but quit working on it because I 
don't know how to make it send CW. Guess I might have to start working on that.
