[ILQSO] 2 meter SSB times

I just talked with N0PB in Missouri and he will be looking for 6 and 2 
meters SSB operators during the QSO party. Phil suggested to check 
144.210 right after checking 50.130 SSB right at the top of the hour.

Those of you active on 2 SSB know Phil has a potent station on 2 meters 
and it is routine for him to work stations all over the state of 
Illinois any time of day or night. Phil is west of Hannibal, MO about 40 
miles, so he isn't that far away. Hopefully Phil will get on HF as well, 
although he does tend to spend more time of VHF and up.
