[ILQSO] 2008 ILQP -- AA9DY at JODA

Yeah!  Looks like I WILL be able to operate portable in JoDaviess 
County, as planned.  Recent family emergencies have subsided enough to 
allowed a freed up weekend. 

Had to do some digging through boxes as a result of packing up from a 
first floor flood-out.  My JODA go-box, as I call it, had everything in 
it for the antenna setup (sloped G5RV, masting, ropes, etc.).  Last time 
I had it opened was packing out from JODA last year.  It paid to pack it 
right for the trip back.

I will start out from LAKE Co. in the morning and should be setup by 
Saturday evening for op-testing/debugging.
