Danny:

I agree with your comment.  I sent the message to the reflector because 
I thought maybe, perhaps, just an off chance that the LID who 
perpetrated this stupid exchange and caused a PR nightmare was a 
subscriber.  I've run across a few of these LIDS in my day, and usually 
manage to work around/through them, but it's never pretty nor easy.

While no one owns a frequency, common courtesy suggests, and FCC regs 
supports that intentional interference is unacceptable.

It's too bad that the fellows in Muskegon had to explain the fact that 
LIDS sometimes exist in ham radio and that they're few an far between.
