I just "worked around" the RTTY, though it was a bit bothersome. I was
not a bit surprised by it as I knew about the JARTS test. If you think
it's bad here, you should hear it on the East Coast!
As for the rest of the issue, we won't solve it here...it's not
"illegal". But it sure was nice when RTTY stayed above 7060 or so.
However, that's the phone band in EU and most of the rest of the world.
Oh well....

I wasn't bothered at all by RTTY. I was spotted at 7046.9 and don't
ever remember RTTY incurring on or near my frequency. There was lots of
CW activity, and when I'd run out of a "run" I'd S&P for a while up and
down the band.
