[ILQSO] RTTY

I wasn't bothered at all by RTTY.  I was spotted at 7046.9 and don't 
ever remember RTTY incurring on or near my frequency.  There was lots of 
CW activity, and when I'd run out of a "run" I'd S&P for a while up and 
down the band.
