[ILQSO] frequencies?

I HOPE there is so much activity that we will need to "inhabit"
7025-7060 !!  The beauty of frequent spotting (yes, even of fixed
stations) is that if you start CQing on 7064.3 and are spotted, you'll
quickly get a small pileup (maybe not 'small'....).  This will help
spread out the activity and make more action for everybody.

on 75 down 3800-40
