[ILQSO] 75 m SSB freqs

Chime, in phone guys.  I hadn't even thought about it.  We really should
assess this for next year for all the bands.

Dunno why I just thought of this,  but are we going to stay around the 
traditional 75m SSB freq this year?  

I'm thinking I am going a bit lower this year, with the new expanded
band 
plan. 

Anyone else think of this??
