[ILQSO] Proximity to County Borders

I believe it is 100 yards, a question asked many times over the years and
always answered with safety-is-utmost.  I too will be looking for
corrections.

Ideally, one should on the actual line/intersection if possible. I belive
that you can be within 100' the line/intersection and still be OK?

Please someone correct me if I am wrong.
