[ILQSO] State QSO party questions

Here are my my thoughts.

I really like the ILQSO party, and other one day QSO Parties. Two day 
parties give me a few new calls to work the second day, but not enough 
to seem worthwhile.

Straight foreword scoring is the best. I am glad Illinois got away from 
the 6Qs in a county multiplier (my condolences to the Cook Co. hams).

Now that many have mentioned limiting portables to 2 counties, I like 
that idea. Only a few stations can benefit from 3 or 4 county lines, 
but everyone who wants to go portable can go to a 2 county line. 
Furthermore, it makes it easier on the "county hunters" as it complies 
with their rules, and it should make logging easier.
