[ILQSO] ILQP

First of all I've got to say the ILQP has given me some great times. It has
been a focal point for our club, to get members to OPERATE, mentor, build
skills and relationships. I don't operate any other QSO parties or hardly
any other contests but do manage to support my club with this one. In all
honesty I wish we'd move on to another. I too would like to see a more level
playing field for portable operation. Since records were kept, how many
Portable category winners are the same team, same location? If the limit
were two counties per line operation, operator and equipment skills would be
better evened up I think.
