[ILQSO] log checking

Greetings!

I've received a few inquiries regarding log checking and the fact that
the credited scores are not the same as the claimed scores.   I don't
mind providing details upon request.  Note that this is NOT an automated
process; I have to go through the logs and pull out the details.  I'm
willing to do so on an "as-time-permits" basis.

No one was penalized for unmarked duplicate contacts.  For busted calls
and exchanges, only the incorrect QSO was removed; there were no further
penalties assessed (unlike the major contests).  

There were many "Golden Logs" (no busted callsign or exchange) and
several that were VERY close.  In many cases, there were no score
reductions, yet the claimed score and the credited score are not the
same, simply because some logging programs do not compute the score
correctly for ILQP.
