[ILQSO] Counties to activate - my thoughts

Mark, those are rare for a good reason: nearly all the activity from
them during ILQP has been on CW!  We could stand a few good county line
portable operations in that area!!

I was looking at my log while operating some in the OH QSO Party last 
weekend.  I found that have never worked the following Illinois
counties:

Fayette
Gallatin
Hardin
Massac
Perry
Wabash
White

That doesn't mean they haven't been activated, they are just counties 
I have not worked in 6 years of contesting during IQP.

While everyone is making their plans and some are asking about good 
county suggestions, I figured I would add this info to the list.
