[ILQSO] 40 meter horizontal mobile antenna ideas

I might be getting late with this thread, but WHY do you want to run a  horiz 
mobile antenna???  Polarization doesn't make a diff on HF, other than  
verticals have a bit lower radiation angle, and, IMHO, the mobile antennas being  as 
inefficient as they are, you might actually want something that radiates that 
 way.  
 
I think you would be disappointed with the horizontal setup...
