[ILQSO] Log submission requirements?

Hank, I'll let N9JF give you the long answer but I think he has decided
he doesn't need the summary sheet with an electron log.  Of course you
can still submit one of you like.

Pardon my stupidity, but I see there is a summary sheet, but no mention 
of using it.  It's says that folks using electronic (computer) logging 
should submit a cabrillo format log.  Is the summary sheet needed if I 
send in a cabrillo file?
