[ILQSO] K9NT Operating from Cass county

We will be operating from Cass county. As last year, we will be portable
but not on a county line. I am still not sure whether that officially
puts us in Fixed, or Portable category, but none the less...

This year we will be using Bob's call (K9NT). We decided it would be
easier on CW, and give us access to the Extra portions of the bands.
Last year we used my call (N9PCS), and only had Advanced privileges.

We realize this may be a bit challenging with KN9T also on the air from
that big four-corner station up north, but we decided to deal with it.
We will be "the other guys" HI HI.

We expect to do a little voice, a little CW, and will plan to be
PSK-capable. We made one PSK QSO last year, with an Ohio staion. It
would be nice to work a few Illinois PSK stations this year.
