[ILQSO] 2006 Plans for IQP

Howdy,

If you are in a radio club, make sure to bring up the IQP and give 
people some information on the event.  Using your email reflectors or 
discussing at the sept/oct club meeting is a great way to increase 
activity. If each of us could get one or two people active that day, 
it would be a great.  I will be attempting to get my UHF club and 
NIDXA members active for even a short amount of time during IQP.  I 
hope everyone else can do the same.

As was the case last year, if you miss Lake Co you didn't look very 
hard as I will be parked CQing on 40 most of the day.
