[ILQSO] NN9K/M route for the 2006 ILQP

Here is my planned route for this year's ILQP. It is fairly ambitious but
barring any problems with weather or road construction we can activate all
of the listed counties.

Route:
Henry, Bureau, Putnam, La Salle, Marshall, Woodford, Mc Lean, De Witt,
Champaign, Douglas, Cole, Shelby, Christian, Montgomery, Sangamon, Logan,
Tazewell, Peoria, Knox, Warren, Mercer and Rock Island. CW only....
