[ILQSO] Fw: ILQSO Party 2006 -- JoDaviess County?

I only worked it in 2005 according to my log.  I do not see any other 
contacts since 2001 in the IQP

According to the old IQP website cumulative by county scores, there 
is no entry for JoDaviess.  http://my.core.com/~jematz/ilqp/ilqpr04c.rtf

I think its a great idea to activate any county, regardless of how 
popular or rare it may be.
