[ILQSO] Fw: ILQSO Party 2006 -- JoDaviess County?

I've played in this as a fixed station in Lake County for the past couple of years. I am looking into possibly operating in JoDaviess County (far northwest corner of Illinois) on the west side of Galena itself or a few miles east of Galena, out in the countryside... so I am scoping out the setup situation at two different farm sites that I have family at. 

So my question to the list (and contest sponsors) is... Has JoDavies County been represented consistantly in the ILQSOP's? 

Since I have only been playing in the ILQSOP for a couple of years, I have no idea if JoDaviess County is considered rare when it comes to activation of the county (outside of rover activity). 

Would it be it be worth it to you folks for me to try to get a portable/fixed station up-and-running there?
