[James Funk]

Already this year, I've receive a couple of logs with the comment "First
ILQP" or "first time I've entered a contest".  This is terrific!  If you
talk to someone who made a few contacts, encourage them to submit logs.
It's not difficult; we'll work with them if they are not sure of the
format.
