[ILQSO] ILQP participation

Jim, I think that the ILQP has a big advantage over the WIQP in that you
have a VERY good reflector, and a very large amount of the stations
participating post where they are going to operate. That lets others that
want to operate portable or mobile have an idea where the blanks are and
they can fill in.

The WIQP does not have this. They do have very good participation, but I
think that if you keep up the way that you are doing it now, your
participation will get even better than it is now, which I think is very
good.

I do agree that if you are in a rare county, that is about as close as you
will get to being DX without leaving the country. Having been DX I can say
that it is fun. So is a pileup from a rare county.

For us (Peg and I) not having the bigest score is not the end of the world.
Having a good time is just as important. That makes you want to try it again
next year.
