[ILQSO] N1MM Cabrillo file

Those of you in Illinois who used N1MM logger and export a Cabrillo file
might check to see if non-IL contacts contain an extra entry for RS(T)
received.  At least one user of version 6.10.8 (released Oct 20, 2006)
found this to be the case.  This is going to give me fits when I try to
put it into Excel, so if you can correct this before submitting the
log....
