Anyone know if the rarer states, VE provinces show up on during the ILQP?
Like some of the VE1's, the VY's, the VE8, and VE9's?  During Ohio and
Michigan QSO parties I've had trouble working states like Wyoming, Montana,
and some of the New England states.  They're rare enough in
Sweepsteaks.......

I won't be operating with a spotter - I ran out of time to get my 2 metre
packet rig working, and doubt that there will be any internet coverage via
cell providers in that area.
