[ILQSO] DuPage county

We really could use some more activity from DuPage county.  KC9FQV plans
to put it on from the mobile, but VHF only.  I know in the past there
have been a couple of different stations on from there, so I am hoping
they will be on even if they haven't declared their intentions yet.
Roger, KF9D, has indicated he will get on from Kane after he is done
with his obligation earlier in the day, so I am not too worried about
Kane, but it sure wouldn't hurt to have some more ops up there.

Also, there are a large number of counties that mobiles are the only
planned operation and things come up, schedules fall behind, so it would
be nice to try to have some more activity on from a lot of these
counties where there is only one station listed on the map, never mind
that the mobiles always appreciate getting to count the county they
operate from in their multiplier total.
