[ILQSO] map updates

I have noted the corrections and additional activity updates and they
will show up on the next version, most likely later this week.

I know there are still several portable operations that may change plans
yet and probably more fixed stations that will be on, but things look
very positive right now (as long as NY4N doesn't get called into work at
the last minute!).
