[ILQSO] K9WA plans

    K9WA will again be operating /P from the 3-county line of Bureau/Henry/Whiteside.  Op's will be mainly CW but I will have a mic and should figure out how to use it on SSB before the IQP test is over....

    Hope to manage a few Q's during the test.........
