[ILQSO] Good ILQP logging program

I always used N1MM Contest Logger (FREE at http://n1mm.com and well supported via a Yahoo Group) for all my contesting needs (SSB/CW/RTTY/PSK).  It handles State QSO Parties, but have not verified the "simplified multiplier factor".
