[ILQSO] paper logs

A quick note, if you have a paper log to send in for ILQP, please make sure 
they get sent to the WIARC PO Box, not to the RAMS.  The RAMS have indicated 
they have received a few paper logs for this years ILQP that were sent to 
the old address. 

The correct address for paper logs is:

PO Box 3132
Quincy, IL 62305-3132 

If you have any question about your log, drop me a line or ask on here and 
we will try to get an answer back right away.
